RETURNS

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must be in contact with our team within 7 days of delivery in order to receive a return authorization number.  The items must be unworn and all original tags must be attached.   You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless, the item has been damaged before or during delivery or there has been some other mistake on Liberty Clothing’s end.

Returns are discretionary upon inspection of the item once received by us.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days.  If 30 days have passed from the day of delivery, unfortunately we are unable to offer you an exchange or refund.

REFUNDS

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received your returned item and that it qualifies for a refund.  Your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.  When you receive your refund the cost of shipping will be deducted if applicable.

SHIPPING

Liberty Clothing is happy to offer Free Shipping on orders over $200.00 before tax.  We ask our customers to please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing of your order.  Once the order has been shipped, an email confirmation will be sent with tracking information.

All items are shipped world-wide via Canada Post from our location in Mississauga.  Item’s shipped within Canada take on average between 3-8 days for delivery.  International delivery times vary depending on location.

All rates are listed in Canadian Dollars.  All duties and taxes incurred when item ships internationally are the responsibility of the customer.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding duties or taxes please contact your local customs or postal office.
